Q. Are reflexology and Indian Head Massage really suitable for all ages?
 

A. Yes. Both therapies are suitable for all ages. The length of a reflexology treatment is shorter for young children and elderly.

Q. Does reflexology hurt?
 

A. No. Reflexology should not normally hurt. Areas of congestion may occasionally feel a little bit tender or a little bit uncomfortable but the pressure can always be adjusted.
